A delicious nourishing green smoothie with Greek Yogurt, apple, banana, and cinnamon to make it taste like pie.

I am not really a juicer. I would much rather eat my food and really enjoy the whole chewing process.

In fact, biltong (South African-style beef jerky) is probably my favorite snack.

I live in Los Angeles where there is a juice bar on every corner and a Vitamix on every kitchen counter.

Everyone is vegan, gluten intolerant, or avoiding dairy AND sugar. Where is the fun in that?

You have no idea how often I get asked about good smoothie and green juice recipes. While I don’t make a habit of drinking my food, I do make them occasionally.

Perfect when I’m in a rush, feeling low on energy, nursing a hangover. It gives my body a boost with extra fruits and veggies.

I loaded this green smoothie with all of my favorite things…It’s really delicious, so bottoms up…
