A MORNING ROUTINE

I don’t know about you, but I cannot tell you how much I love my morning cup of coffee. I wake up at least an hour before everyone else does so I can enjoy this alone time.

During this first cup (of many I might add, cause I am addicted to caffeine), I write in my journal. I list all the things I am grateful for and what I want to accomplish that day. I also write down the dreams I am working on manifesting.

And once my coffee is over I spend 5-10 minutes meditating, using the technique I am going to share with you in my new book “Miracles Manifested”. You are going to love it.

I make myself breakfast and take Jade to school. And I head to a yoga class or take a walk. This sets the tone for the entire day, so I can be super productive.

If I am writing I will usually do this straight after exercising so I am in the zone. I literally don’t look at my phone or emails until around noon, otherwise I just get sucked into the vortex of noise and accomplish nothing.
