EAT TO LIVE… DON’T LIVE TO EAT

It’s critical to ensure that over 70% of the foods you eat every day are alive. And by that I mean fruits and veggies.

And with the busy pace of life it can be hard to get healthy and nutritious meals on the table. That is why I head to the Farmer’s market every Sunday.

I lnad up on whatever is seasonal. I also try grab a meat, chicken and fish option for dinner that week. And then I head home to do my weekly prep.

There is lots of chopping, precooking and marinating going on in my kitchen every Sunday. That way I am all set for the week ahead.

It saves so much time and I am not stressing about what to feed my family. I also ensures that my fridge is stocked with healthy options to snack on.
