Then… No excuses will come between you and your goals.

MY GOAL IS LONGEVITY

I take care of my health by eating fresh produce and moving my body, so I will be strong enough to kick a ball with my grandkids one day.

MY GOAL IS TO FEEL GOOD

I only have this moment. I no longer apologize for walking away from toxic people and situations that drain my light.

MY GOAL IS BALANCE

I love my work but I switch off at 3pm. I go into mom and wife mode and devote my time and energy to my family.

MY GOAL IS TO BE AT PEACE

Meditation helps me reconnect to my Source. All the answers we are looking for come from inside. We just need to slow down and get quiet.

MY GOAL IS TO GIVE

I am constantly open to the signs the Universe is sending me. A simple smile or a kind word is a precious gift we can give away at no cost.
