hello,

Grab a copy of my lastest book "Miracles Manifested" and enter to win a trip to Italy valued at $7000!

It’s that time of the year! The holiday parties are here. So I put together 5 loaded boards to help you celebrate in style.

I have an epic cheese board, a halva lover’s idea of heaven, Israeli-style falafels and dips, an Italian antipasto platter, and a dried fruit and nut board to bring it all home.

They are so easy to throw together but they look super impressive. Your guests will think you have been slaving away in the kitchen for days.

The trick is to source quality ingredients and find a nice big board to lay it all on. You are going for color and variety. So feel free to improvise and mix it up.

Use bowls and gorgeous serveware to make it a little fancy. And pair it with a fabulous holiday cocktail or some nice vino and bubbly to make it festive.

For the Falafel Board:

  • Pita toasted and cut into triangles
  • Falafels
  • Assorted Mason Jars
  • Humus
  • Mixed Olives
  • Pickled Veggies
  • Dolmades
  • Roasted Vegetables

For the Cheese Board:

  • 3-4 kinds of cheese
  • 3-4 kinds of crackers
  • Grapes and assorted fruit
  • Good quality jam

For the Antipasto Board:

  • 3 Assorted cheeses
  • Nuts
  • Assorted crackers
  • Assorted seasonal fruit
  • Mixed Olives
  • Sundried Tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs to garnish
  • Bresaola

For the Halva Board:

  • 3-4 kinds of halva (chocolate, marbled, pistachio, plain)
  • Shelled Pistachios

For the Dried Fruit + Nut Board:

  • 4-5 kinds of assorted dried fruits
  • 4-5 kinds of assorted nuts
  • Nougat

Don’t forget to tag me with your creations. Happy holidays
