CHOC BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Description

As a kid I would look forward to my favorite milkshake from the Dolls House in South Africa. It was called a Choc Banana Double Thick and it was more like an ice-cream. It had big chunks of frozen banana and it was impossible to drink through a straw so you had to eat it with a spoon.

This smoothie is a much healthier version and it loaded with tons of protein, so it’s perfect as a meal. But it is so yummy you won’t even realize it’s good for you. Your taste buds will thank me.

If you want a dairy free option, you could use soy, coconut or almond milk.
