DELICIOUS

Description

Greek yoghurt is one of my go to snacks. With 20 grams of protein per cup it keeps me full and curbs my hunger for hours. I love Fage.

I usually have it for breakfast or lunch. I love to add some nuts and granola and honey to it.

Or I use it as a base for a smoothie. This one is so delicious it tastes like ice-cream. And I love the gorgeous purple color from the berries which are loaded with anti-oxidants.

You can also use other fruits you have on hand but freeze them first. That way they give the shake a thicker texture.

Off to throw down my yoga mat. Namaste
