Description

A nutritious green smoothie balances out last night's chocolate pizza. Right??? Right.

Kiwis are a rich source of vitamin A, C, B6, E and K. They also have folate, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and fiber and the seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids.

Bottom line… they are good for you. They also boost your immune system and help lower high blood pressure.

This smoothie is jam packed with delicious kiwi, bananas, blackberries and spinach.

KIWI BERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE

Print Ingredients

1 cup frozen blue berries

1 frozen banana

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced in half

3 packed cups- spinach

1 ½ cups water

1 scoop protein powder

1 cup ice

InstructionsCombine all ingredients into your blender. Blend on full strength until thoroughly incorporated and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
