DELICIOUS

Description

I LOVE LOVE LOVE coleslaw. It’s one of my favorite go-to salads to make, because the combinations are endless.

Superfoods are items that are naturally full of nutrients, antioxidants and the things that are shown to improve well-being and longevity. And this slaw is delicious and packed with Vitamin C, beta-carotene, essential minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats.

And the grapefruit juice and zest in the dressing adds a little something special to an already incredible salad. I always like to add a crunchy element like nuts and a chewy ingredient like dried fruit. Feel free to experiment using what you have in your pantry.

What we put into our body makes all the difference. To your continued health
