Description

I absolutely love Greek yoghurt with granola and fruit. It is my go to breakfast and I often have it for lunch or dinner too. The combo of the tart yoghurt with the sweet fruit and the crunchy granola is incredible.

I am using my famous granola in this recipe but if you are in a rush you can just use a good quality store bought one.

I am serving them as individual parfaits, but you can always double the quantities and serve all the components separately in individual glass bowls and let everyone make their own. You can also substitute the fruit with whatever is in season.

Breakfast has never looked so good
