YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
How many times have you heard someone tell you this? It’s probably why parents around the world nag their kids to eat their greens.
The human body needs nutrition to function. And the fuel we choose to feed ourselves will affect our overall health.
Load it with fake, processed, junk food, loaded with toxic chemicals and it will be sluggish, weak and break down.
Feed it whole foods that come from nature like fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, nuts, and seeds and high quality dairy and it will thank you.
Every week I do a market shop and stock up with good ingredients so I can make healthy meals and good snack choices.
I also drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day. The body needs hydration to function optimally and most often we are thirsty when we feel hungry. So try drink a glass of water before you start snacking.
