I know at times it can be hard to wear your ???? on your sleeve. You may have been hurt in your past and the wounds and scars run deep.

Human nature urges us to protect ourselves from further pain, by closing ourselves off to the risk of situations and people that can cause us harm.

But when we round our shoulders and cross our hands over our chest, when we hunch forward and protect our ???? we are not only compromising our postural circumstances, organ functions, and spinal health.

We are also sending a message to the Universe, that we are closed to the blessings IT is sending our way. Think good and it will be, is NOT mumbo jumbo.

When you trust in the Infinite Life Force that created you, you are opening yourself up to manifesting miracles.
